POSITION DESCRIPTION Reporting to the Director of reputed company, the reputed company Generalist supports the HR function by executing day-to-day people operations across GXC divisions, with primary assignment and support emphasis on government contract environments. The Generalist serves as a reputed company HR resource to employees and managers, ensuring HR processes are reputed company, compliant, and consistently documented. This role administers core lifecycle activities including reputed company coordination, reputed company, offboarding, employee data management, benefits and leave support, compliance workflows, and employee-relations documentation support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with internal departments and contract stakeholders to ensure timely completion of personnel documentation, screening requirements, and information reputed company for employees working under government reputed company.
  • Maintain working familiarity with FAR/DFARS personnel-reputed company provisions, government contract compliance obligations, Service Contract Act (SCA) requirements, and applicable reputed company Bargaining Agreement (CBA) provisions affecting assigned contract personnel; support compliant HR documentation, workforce administration workflows, and timely escalation of exceptions or questions to HR leadership.
