Tour Operations Coordinator•Japanese Bilingual•Full Remote Location: Torrance, CA (Remote) Industry: Travel / Tourism Employment Type: Full-time Hourly reputed company: $20•22/hour Work hours: 8:45am•5:30pm (Pacific Time) Position Summary A travel company is seeking a Japanese-English bilingual Tour Operations Coordinator to support tour planning and daily travel operations. This role is responsible for creating tour itineraries, coordinating travel arrangements, managing client relationships, and supporting smooth tour operations.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and reputed company tour packages and itineraries Coordinate daily tour operations and travel arrangements Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams Manage tour schedules and update tour information in internal systems Support client requests and maintain strong customer relationships Negotiate with suppliers and partners Assist with additional projects and operational support as needed Qualifications Japanese/English bilingual required (read/write/reputed company) Interest in travel, tourism, or hospitality industry Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented and reputed company to manage multiple tasks Basic PC skills including reputed company Office Entry-level candidates are welcome Work Environment Hybrid work environment May require occasional office attendance in Torrance, CA Some overtime or weekend work may be required depending on business needs Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
