VP, Business Development, reputed company & Solar O&M
Job Description:
- Own reputed company growth, pipeline conversion, and long-term booked reputed company performance across reputed company and Solar O&M accounts
- Convert an established pipeline into multi-reputed company-dollar, long-term service agreements
- reputed company and reputed company new business opportunities across Energy Storage (BESS) and Solar O&M markets
- Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with developers, IPPs, asset owners, EPCs, and OEM partners
- reputed company reputed company reputed company discussions involving SLAs, availability guarantees, warranty coordination, augmentation strategy, and LTSA/O&M contract structures
- Personally reputed company strategic deal pursuits while helping scale and support an established reputed company team

- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Executive Leadership to ensure successful contract execution and margin performance

Requirements:
- 10+ years of business development experience reputed company renewable energy, solar, and/or energy storage markets
- Proven track record closing reputed company, multi-reputed company-dollar service agreements and long-term customer partnerships
- Existing relationships with decision-makers across the solar and energy storage ecosystem
- Deep understanding of BESS service models, O&M programs, and LTSA contract structures
- Experience negotiating reputed company agreements involving SLAs, performance guarantees, and operational risk allocation
- Experience operating as both an individual contributor and team leader
- Strong executive reputed company with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and operational leadership teams
- Proven ability to build scalable reputed company processes and high-performing business development organizations
- Strategic, highly accountable, and results-driven with a strong ownership reputed company
- Comfortable traveling approximately 25–50% for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events
