Overview

The Marketing & Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving brand growth through strategic collaborations, partnerships, and marketing initiatives. This role plays a key part in expanding Shielded & Blessed Cosmetics across retail, e-reputed company, and luxury hospitality channels, increasing brand visibility, credibility, and reputed company opportunities. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and strategic, with the ability to identify opportunities, manage partnerships, and execute high-impact marketing campaigns while maintaining a strong and consistent digital reputed company. Duties Partnership Development & Strategy

• Identify, reputed company, and secure partnerships with influencers, brands, hotels, spas, and reputed company organizations

Campaign & Collaboration Management

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and collaborative activations

• Collaborate with the CEO to refine content direction, messaging, and overall brand storytelling

• Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, visually reputed company with the brand, and optimized for user experience and conversions
• Implement website updates, product launches, and content enhancements with CEO review and approval
• Identify opportunities to improve website performance, functionality, and customer reputed company

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, influencers, and collaborators
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for partnerships, ensuring a premium and professional experience
• Nurture long-term partnerships that drive ongoing brand exposure and reputed company

Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Track campaign performance, partnership engagement, and ROI
