This hire is part of a deliberate expansion of the regional team following internal transfers and a recent retirement.

Job Description

• Manage multiple government construction projects from pre‑construction through reputed company‑out
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Serve as a key reputed company of contact for government clients and field teams
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal requirements
• Conduct site walkthroughs and attend critical on‑site meetings (approximately 10% travel)
• Track project documentation and reporting using Procore and MS Office tools
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership reputed company the Northeast division

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction
• Exposure to government, public, or regulated projects strongly preferred
• reputed company to candidates from reputed company construction backgrounds
• Experience managing projects in the $2M-$10M reputed company
• Proficiency with Procore and reputed company Office
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in remote teams
• Ability to travel locally across New England for site visits
• Candidates must be based in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode reputed company, or Connecticut
• Role reports directly to the VP of the Northeast Division
