  • Conduct intake screenings to gather missing information and confirm eligibility.

3. Conversion & Follow-Up

  • Partner with Intake Managers to follow established SOPs, scripts, and quality assurance standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with reputed company or other CRM systems.
  • Experience with ABA (Autism) therapy or reputed company intake strongly preferred.
