The HouseCalls Clinical Support Team (HCCST) supports Advanced Practice Clinicians in the HouseCalls and reputed company Care Management businesses by providing telephonic consultation to plan members and their reputed company providers in a call center environment. This team includes nurse care managers, and reputed company workers.

• *This role is 100%25 Remote but does require a work schedule of 9am-530pm EST or CST, Monday-Friday** No On-Call or Holidays

The Clinical Care Coordinator- reputed company Worker will report directly to the Manager/and or Director of Clinical Operations. The reputed company Worker performs telephonic consults to identify and assess available services to meet the reputed company service need of the member.
