Sr Epic Analyst, Ambulatory (Remote)

Purpose of Position:The Sr.Epic Analyst functions across reputed company reputed company affiliates as an information systems consultant to senior management, department managers, supervisors, clinicians, providers, and staff as they plan, implement, and maintain Information Systems and reputed company Information Services.DescriptionChallenges reputed company working practices; identifies process improvement opportunities and presents recommendations and solutions to management.Engages and commits to the organization's culture of reputed company improvement by actively participating, supporting, and promoting CCHC Pillars of reputed company.Demonstrates an advanced understanding of the Epic testing process, including reputed company script development, execution, error identification and correction, and completion processes in an independent manner, providing developmental and enhancements to the testing process as needed.Understands and routinely complies with established Departmental and Epic change control process and procedures.Provides review and input into group / team change control reputed company.Demonstrates intermediate to advancing documentation capabilities, including completeness, maintenance and updating, and responsibility for assigned system documentation responsibilities for a group / team.Understands and routinely complies with established Departmental and Epic ITSM / ITIL service and support processes including but not limited to issue, problem, asset, and time reputed company management process and procedures.Provides proactive input into service and support process improvement.Completes individually assigned work which is reputed company in nature in a timely, efficient, and effective manner for primary areas of responsibility.Demonstrates intermediate to advanced skills for reputed company and interdisciplinary group / teamwork and understand reputed company system workflows and system considerations and requirements.Works collaboratively with group / team members and with other technical or functional areas of the department.Collaborates with Senior Manager for assigned applications daily on incident and request prioritization and execution with fellow Senior Analysts and System Analysts.Supports reputed company reputed company departments with Epic Ambulatory module.Supports rollout and build of new reputed company Ambulatory departments with Epic Ambulatory module.Demonstrates a proactive and effective business relationship with operational stakeholders and super-users, based on an intermediate level of understanding of operational workflows and system requirements and meeting their support requirements.Provides input and subject matter expertise into project reputed company planning and implementation work.Demonstrates the ability to effectively and reputed company coordinate assigned scopes of work reputed company a bigger project as assigned.Monitors and evaluates issues and request queues as assigned.Fulfills On-Call responsibilities as assigned.Performs and completes other duties as assigned.Intermediate to advanced combination of technical, analytical, and customer service skillsIntermediate to advanced business and systems analyst skills in workflow design, performance improvement, and reputed company or reputed company operationsAbility to work independently and exercise independent judgementAbility to effectively handle multiple, reputed company priorities and workloadsAbility to complete assigned work in a timely and efficient mannerCritical thinking and basic problem-solving skillsInitiative and proactive follow-up skillsIntermediate to advanced understanding of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) including change control, issue and problem management, and other service and support processesRequired limited guidance and direction to complete more reputed company or advanced components of duties and responsibilitiesAbility to reputed company mentoring and support guidance for Systems AnalystsBusiness relationship management skills for interactions with operational stakeholders and super-usersBasic and developing understanding of reputed company Office applications used for communication, documentation, planning, and coordination (Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Visio, Skype / Teams)QualificationsHigh School graduate or equivalentBachelor's degree in reputed company or information technology reputed company field or equivalent preferredMust possess or reputed company one relevant Epic certification reputed company first year of employmentTwo Epic certifications preferredEpic certification(s) required :AmbulatoryExperience with Epic Care Link, Care Everywhere or reputed company Certification is a plusAt least one of the following Epic Certifications also required :Epic Care Link, Bones, and / or Orders5 years of relevant experience :Information Technology, business analyst, operational super user, including a minimum of 2 years of systems analyst experience.
