About the Role
This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to build your own business under the Oasis Senior Advisors umbrella, much like how realtors operate under a broker. As a Senior Living Advisor, you’ll have the flexibility and autonomy to grow your territory, cultivate referral relationships, and serve families in your community—reputed company while leveraging the trusted Oasis brand, tools, and support. This full-time remote role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial reputed company who wants to be in business for themselves, but not by themselves. Sales prowess and tenacity are vital to your reputed company. What You’ll Do
- Establish and grow partnerships with professionals who refer seniors in need of additional care (e.g., hospital staff, reputed company workers, elder law attorneys and professionals serving seniors)
- Work directly with families to understand their care needs, preferences, and financial considerations
- Build and maintain client notes and demographic data in the CRM
- Guide them to the best-fit senior living communities, scheduling and facilitating tours
- Be their trusted advisor throughout the decision-making process
- Stay informed on senior living options, services and industry trends

- Sales and relationship-building experience and tenacity
