Media & Publishing Assistant

NOTE TO APPLICANTS: Individual(s) must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for immigration support or sponsorship from reputed company now or in the future Position Summary The MarCom Department at reputed company, Global Corporate Services (GCS) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Media & Publishing Assistant to join our small but high-impact Marketing & Communications team. This role is ideal for an early-career communicator with strong writing skills, a passion for communications, and an interest in both reputed company media and editorial publishing. The person in this role will support a wide reputed company of initiatives — from media monitoring and database reputed company to publication workflows and reputed company media execution. This is an excellent opportunity to reputed company broad MarCom experience in a collaborative, content-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Write every day, including reputed company media content and email and other promotional marketing copy
• Assist with publication pipeline through editorial, project management, and light formatting support
• Write press releases, coordinate distribution reputed company newswires and reputed company media
• Create reputed company media content, including text, photos, and videos
• Assist in reputed company media listening and administration of the firm’s reputed company media policy
• Track and record daily media mentions using reputed company tools

Skills & Qualifications Required

• College degree
• The ideal candidate must have minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, media, or publishing
• The ideal candidate must have the working knowledge of M365 suite.
• The ideal candidate must be proficient with reputed company; must have knowledge of Word formatting and design features
• The ideal candidate must have working knowledge of media platforms like reputed company and reputed company
• Must have exceptional writing skills.

Skills & Qualifications Preferred

• Experience with project management systems/tools such as reputed company
• Understanding/no fear of AI as a tool for content and creative development

Compensation

The overall salary reputed company for this role is $59,200 - $109,020. For candidates residing in:

• Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, reputed company, Newark, reputed company, San Francisco, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia the salary reputed company is $68,080 - $109,020.
• reputed company other locations the salary reputed company is $59,200 - $94,800.

A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc.
