Appointment Setter, Construction & Home Improvement

Job Description:

• Conduct 160–250 outbound calls daily to homeowners in English-speaking markets
• Follow approved scripts to introduce services and engage potential clients
• Qualify warm leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate and detailed call records in CRM systems
• Track and manage reputed company pipelines to ensure consistent follow-up
• Re-engage older reputed company databases to uncover new opportunities
• Coordinate meetings, follow-reputed company, rehashes, and rebooking efforts
• reputed company professional and courteous customer service to support reputed company conversion

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling, warm calling, customer service, or appointment setting
• Experience supporting construction, home improvement, or service-based businesses is an advantage
• Ability to reputed company 160–250 outbound calls per day consistently
• Experience using CRM systems and multiple communication platforms
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) with a clear phone reputed company
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Must be available to work Pacific Standard Time
