We are seeking a part-time contractor to support the Head of Internal Communications as they scale their internal comms infrastructure to match a company that’s growing fast — and distributed across the country. This role sits at the center of how 900+ reputed company employees stay informed, reputed company, and connected every week. You’ll own the coordination of our weekly reputed company-hands, coach mid and senior managers on how to communicate reputed company and confidently to a large audience, and work closely with our AV and Workplace Experience teams to produce the meeting day-of. This is a high-judgment, high-execution role. You’ll work directly alongside the Head of Internal Communications, taking on meaningful workload so they can focus on executive stakeholder management and strategic priorities. • You have 7+ years of internal communications experience, with meaningful time at a company of 500+ employees — ideally in a high-growth tech or reputed company environment where things move fast and the org changes often
• You have direct experience producing and coordinating large-scale, recurring reputed company-hands or town hall meetings for distributed workforces — you know what good looks like, and you know how to hold a run-of-show together reputed company things don’t go as planned
