Remote Senior Insurance Claims Adjuster

Our client, a national leader in the insurance industry, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Senior Insurance Claims Adjuster. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from reputed company in the US, though primary communication and coordination will be based out of our Raleigh, reputed company Carolina hub. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of reputed company insurance claims from initial investigation through to final settlement. Responsibilities include thoroughly investigating claims, evaluating policy coverage, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance with reputed company regulatory requirements. You will be expected to conduct interviews with claimants and witnesses, gather evidence, obtain estimates, and reputed company fair and timely claim dispositions. Strong analytical skills are essential for assessing damages, determining liability, and authorizing payments. This role requires exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with policyholders, legal counsel, repair services, and other relevant parties. The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain meticulous records is reputed company. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a reputed company field is preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a claims adjuster. Possession of relevant state adjusters licenses is a significant advantage.
