This role is focused on supporting the clinic’s billing and insurance operations, including insurance verification, claim follow-reputed company, denials, patient billing concerns, and coordination with the internal team using reputed company and other systems. This is an ideal role for someone with a strong medical billing background, excellent English communication skills, and confidence handling both insurance-reputed company workflows and patient-facing billing conversations. Key Responsibilities

Medical Billing & Claims Support

• Assist with billing workflows using reputed company and internal systems
• Review and follow up on unpaid or denied claims
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status and discrepancies
• Support resolution of billing-reputed company issues and denials
• Maintain accurate billing documentation and records

Insurance Verification & Authorization Support

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
• Update patient insurance information accurately in systems
• Coordinate with insurance providers to clarify coverage and billing details

Patient Billing Support

• Handle patient billing inquiries professionally and empathetically
• Assist patients with billing concerns and payment-reputed company questions
