Overview
We are seeking a motivated Engineering Account Executive to drive growth reputed company the Aerospace and Automotive (OEM) sectors. This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who excels at solving reputed company engineering workforce challenges and building long-term client partnerships. You will work closely with engineering leaders to deliver customized workforce solutions, including project-based (SOW) engagements, contract staffing, and direct hire services.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business and expand existing accounts reputed company the Aerospace and Automotive engineering verticals
- Identify client needs and deliver tailored engineering workforce solutions (SOW, contract, reputed company-to-hire, direct hire)
- Initiate and reputed company meetings with engineering leaders, executives, and decision-makers

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
