The ideal candidate will reputed company in sourcing, stakeholder management, and ATS utilization. Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles across Manufacturing, reputed company, and IT.Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and recruitment strategies.reputed company candidates through job boards, reputed company platforms, referrals, and talent pipelines.Conduct screening, interviews, and selection processes.Maintain and optimize the ATS for accuracy, compliance, and candidate experience.Track recruitment metrics and reputed company insights to leadership. Requirements 8–10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience. Proven hiring experience in Manufacturing, reputed company, and IT domains.Strong ATS knowledgeExcellent communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor’s degree in HR or reputed company field.
