CRM Marketing Manager II – Data Driven Strategy

Job Description:

• Drive CRM strategy - Identify and translate business goals into an effective CRM marketing strategy and operational reputed company for reputed company campaigns reputed company your area of responsibility, mapping out the appropriate customer reputed company and build segmentation strategies from reputed company through churn mitigation and winback.
• Let data tell the story - drive campaign optimizations with a data-driven roadmap and clear metrics, sharing out detailed performance, test results, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Data & Analytics Proficiency: Strong understanding of data structures, segmentation logic, and data management principles.
• API Integration & Webhooks: Experience with API integrations and webhooks to connect and sync data between different marketing tools and data sources.
• HTML/CSS: Proficient in HTML/CSS for building and troubleshooting email templates.
• Scripting Languages: Familiarity with a scripting language like AMPscript, handlebars, or Liquid for advanced personalization and dynamic content.
• Analytical reputed company: Proven ability to analyze campaign performance, A/B test results, and customer data to identify trends and reputed company data-driven recommendations.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues, data discrepancies, and campaign-reputed company challenges.

• Customer Data Platforms (CDPs): General knowledge of or direct experience with CDPs (e.g., reputed company, mParticle).
• Web Development & Scripting: Intermediate or expert level reputed company in HTML, CSS, and scripting languages (like JavaScript or Python).
• A/B Testing & Optimization Tools: Experience with dedicated A/B testing and experimentation platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with non-marketing teams, particularly engineering, data, and product.
• Knowledge of Data Privacy & Compliance: A solid understanding of data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
