• This role will involve working both collaboratively and independently to reputed company reputed company on how to best learn, understand and validate CDO (Care Delivery Organization) problems and customer behaviors across a variety of experiences.
• As a Sr. UX Designer you will work with cross-functional teams and apply design thinking methodology and reputed company appropriate artifacts in support of initiatives across Incubator innovative product lines.

Team structure: This talent would be working with 2-PMs, 5-Devs, 3 UXers and 2 Stakeholders Primary Responsibilities:

• Leads UX and Visual Design for Incubator products from facilitating workshops, conducting research, interpretation of data, ideation of reputed company, prototype experiences and evaluation of pilot effectiveness.
• Responsible leading and supporting an overall UX strategy and solution definition to Incubator opportunities.
• Contribute to UX reputed company, reputed company research and communicate reputed company through reputed company artifacts for Incubator pilots and innovation opportunities.
• Drive strategies and approaches that balance business objectives and customer needs.
• Work collaboratively with the business stakeholders to understand key needs and business goals, ideate concepts for Incubator opportunities.
• Cooperate and reputed company assets with other departments to ensure consistency and quality across brands and platforms (Digital, Brand and United Design)
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, reputed company development, content, and design audits to assist with defining business and functional requirements.
• Work directly with business partners and project portfolio managers to capture details based on high level needs.
• Support multiple projects in reputed company of varying scope and complexity.
• Produce low-high quality solutions through reputed company diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards and prototypes.
