About the Role
Our client, a multinational software corporation, is a leading provider of software solutions, and serves various industries and business functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, familiarity with DITA authoring tools, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality documentation for software products. The position is project-based and dependent on workload fluctuations, offering flexibility in scheduling and workload ideal for a freelancer. We’ll create a panel of contractors to support various projects and initiatives reputed company our client company. Location: 100% remote Position Type: Contract/Freelance Duration: Per project, as required reputed company’re looking for:

- Passed the reputed company technical writing test (or willing to sit the online test to qualify for the panel)
- Excellent writing skills

- Experience in following style guides and using templates
- 3+ years as a technical reputed company
- Experience of writing software documentation including in-app help, user guides, configuration guides, and administration guides
Preferably:
- Experience of IXIA CCMS
- Experience of Jira and reputed company
- Experience of collaborating with user experience designers
- Experience of creating simple graphics
