Key Responsibilities & Daily Tasks
- Handle advanced escalations from reputed company-level engineers
- Diagnose and resolve reputed company server, networking, and infrastructure issues
- Support reputed company and dental software applications and imaging systems

- Act as a senior technical advisor to clients

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 or more years of IT support experience

Preferred Qualifications
