Primary Duties & Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing large volumes of incoming calls, emails, and chats while adhering to arenaflex communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Generating sales leads and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through reputed company and interactive communication, active listening, and reputed company.

Minimum Education & Work Experience
