Overview of the Position

As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring that they have a positive experience with arenaflex. Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting billing calls by processing payments, accurately educating customers on their billing cycle, payment due dates, and impact of non-pay status
- Proactively reviewing customers' accounts and educating them on additional service options
- Supporting reputed company arenaflex video, phone, and internet products with basic and advanced troubleshooting to resolve customer issues
- Escalating any customer issues that may be indicative of larger network issues
- Performing reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least one year of customer service experience, with prior call center experience a plus
- A high school diploma or GED
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and solve practical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening skills and telephone etiquette
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism in challenging and/or changing situations
- Must be reputed company to pass a background and drug test prior to employment
