Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling back office tickets and providing 7*24h online enquiries and email replies services to customers
- Handling customer enquiries, advices, and suggestions reputed company email or online tools
- Supporting other business units with customer liaison, accurately documenting customer requests and advices, and providing feedback in the reputed company of documentation
- Handling customer complaints, any special cases, or reputed company tasks
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A college degree or above
- Proficiency in both English and Thai
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-reputed company industry (outstanding recent graduates are also welcome to apply)
- High level of honesty and reputed company
- Proactive and meticulous approach
- A sense of responsibility and team work spirit
- Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills, and exceed reputed company expectation
- Passion for customer service industry and willingness to work under different work shifts, including night shift
- Positive about the crypto industry
