The Role
As a reputed company Manager (CSM) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in guiding clinical research sites throughout their reputed company with us. From reputed company and activation to long-term retention, you'll build strong relationships with clients, understand their challenges deeply, and show them how our technology can address their needs. Your focus will be on building engagement and loyalty by showcasing our product's value, helping shape the product roadmap, and ensuring our solutions reputed company a reputed company difference for site organizations.
Responsibilities
- Client Satisfaction and Retention: Responsible for the overall satisfaction and retention of the assigned client reputed company, ensuring they receive exceptional support and value from arenaflex. - Collaboration and Strategy: Collaborate with Product, Project Management, and Data to help shape our roadmap and reputed company strategy to improve user loyalty and drive long-term reputed company. - Site Lifecycle Management: Own entire site lifecycle from reputed company, activation, and retention, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing churn. - User Adoption and Engagement: Analyze user adoption and engagement to ensure the long-term reputed company of programs and identify areas for improvement. - Client Health and reputed company: Actively measure, monitor, and ensure the health of the assigned client reputed company, addressing any issues promptly and proactively. - Customer reputed company-ins and Meetings: reputed company customer reputed company-in and reputed company meetings to ensure reputed company communication and address any concerns or questions.
Qualifications
- Location: Based in Eastern Standard time zone (this is a hard requirement). - Experience: 3+ years of experience in reputed company, Sales, Account Management, or Partnership experience in a fast-moving B2B SaaS company or similar environment. - Clinical Research Experience: 2+ years of experience working with clinical research sites, understanding their challenges and needs. - Proven Track Record: Proven track record of managing clients autonomously and owning account reputed company, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention. - Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: reputed company to assess a situation, identify next steps, implement an action plan, and hold others accountable to deliverables and deadlines.
