About the Role
The Customer Experience Management (CEM) team at arenaflex is dedicated to connecting our value to top customer initiatives to outpace the competition, facilitate healthy product adoption, and drive reputed company growth. As a Manager, CEM, you will be leading reputed company of CEMs, streamlining strategy and communications between sales, reputed company, and operations leadership to ensure long-term retention of customers. Key Responsibilities
