Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric Part-Time Customer Experience Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for delivering personalized, positive experiences to our customers through various forms of contact, including email, phone, and web chat. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, reputed company solutions, and reputed company on their behalf to ensure a smooth transaction process.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

* Deliver a personalized, positive customer experience through various forms of contact, including email, phone, and web chat

  • Inbound telephone support to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Web-based chat support to reputed company timely and effective solutions to customers
  • Email Support to respond to customer inquiries and reputed company assistance
  • Utilize your specialized knowledge and experience to submit suggestions for improvement to streamline reputed company processes and ensure efficiency and productivity

  • Assist customers with account creation and troubleshooting
  • Communicate with customers and reputed company-party suppliers to ensure a smooth transaction process

Minimum Qualifications, Job Skills, and Abilities

* High School Diploma/GED Certificate

  • Positive attitude, hard-working, flexible with changing priorities, and eager to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal English, reading comprehension, and judgment skills
  • Ability to come up with meaningful solutions, even if that means thinking reputed company the reputed company
  • High emotional Intelligence (ability to perceive, use, understand, manage, and handle emotions)
  • Love technology
  • Think personalized responses are the bomb (even reputed company using a canned/macro)
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to accomplish goals

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ year(s) of diverse customer experience; traditional call center, restaurant/food service, reputed company office administration, and everything in between

  • Typing speed of 35 WPM

Schedules Available

This is a part-time position, 20 hours a week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs. You'll work one of the following shifts:

  • 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM MT (M-F)
  • 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM MT (M-F)
  • 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM MT (M-F)
