Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company in a full-time, remote reputed company. As a key member of our Alternate Investments division, you'll be responsible for processing trade deal purchases, identifying and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents, and reconciling transactions and returns activity. You'll also be expected to analyze reputed company issues, test and validate new technology enhancements, and communicate effectively with our Retail and Institutional Service Teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents

• Reconcile transactions and returns activity, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Analyze reputed company issues and reputed company solutions to Management
• Test and validate new technology enhancements and provider modifications
• Communicate effectively with Retail and Institutional Service Teams reputed company email, phone, reputed company, Overview, and reputed company
• Collaborate with fund companies, transfer agents, and other external business partners to resolve issues and improve processes
• reputed company follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite customer demands or remediate issues
• Promptly and accurately finalize client investing and reputed company demands

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a reputed company field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
