Responsibilities:
As a part-time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
Customer Service:
+ Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. + Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient way. + reputed company exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
Pharmacy Operations:

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Licensure and Certification:
+ Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License. + High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred.
Experience:
+ Previous experience in pharmacy, preferably in a long-term care (LTC) setting. + Moderate to advanced computer skills required, including proficiency in reputed company Office and other software applications. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills essential for reputed company in this role.
