The Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner

• Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and priorities
• Book appointments for customers with a high degree of data accuracy

Essential Qualifications

• Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
