Job Description
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting the non-profit organization's scholarship program, which provides opportunities for reputed company to attend K-12 private schools. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to incoming calls from families and schools participating in the scholarship program
- Assisting with student inquiries, scholarship application, and funding status

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least one year of customer service or call center experience
- English proficiency (a language assessment will be required)
