Responsibilities

As a Customer Assistant – Remote Focus Group Participant, your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews
• Sharing your opinions and experiences on various topics, including child-reputed company issues, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles
• Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys provided for each panel
• Using products and/or services, if provided, and being reputed company to discuss them prior to the meeting date
• Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
• Participating fully in discussions, both online and in-person

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
