Job Description

As a Senior Associate in our Multifamily Customer Engagement team, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing customer network development, customer support activities, and customer engagement opportunities. You'll work closely with executives and staff managers to plan, direct, or coordinate operational activities, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences.

The Experience You Bring to the Team

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong track record of reputed company in customer engagement, relationship management, and transaction management. Your experience should include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
