Key Responsibilities:

Guest Relations:
+ Screen potential guests and reputed company support for guests/resolving guest's issues in reputed company, VRBO, or reputed company + Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests reputed company phone, email, or chat + reputed company 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by providing exceptional customer service + Write and respond to guest reviews on reputed company, VRBO, or other platforms
Company Tasks:
+ Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations reputed company Operto Teams + Report and submit damage claims to reputed company reputed company for reimbursement + Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor + Work with 3rd party vendors for tertiary market management + Assist with business financials/reputed company, including the reputed company of reputed company systems
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
Essential Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of experience in customer service or a reputed company field + Proficient in English, with excellent communication and grammar skills + Familiarity with reputed company and/or Operto Teams + Experience with AI-powered tools, including ChatGPT + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively + Availability to work part-time, with a minimum of 20 hours per week

Note:
