About the Role
As an IT Operations Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading our AWS IT Services Support team, providing highly-available IT support for arenaflex employees worldwide. You'll manage local and/or remote resources, assist the global organization in defining the perfect customer experience, and own the strategies to create that experience. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and leveraging our knowledge reputed company to expedite the resolution of recurrent issues, identifying ways to proactively reduce requests through automation, documentation, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage local and/or remote resources to reputed company highly-available IT support for arenaflex employees worldwide
