Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative Role
We're seeking highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join reputed company on a temporary, remote reputed company. As a CAT Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, technical expertise, and reputed company to our clients during a difficult time. Your primary goal will be to improve the customer experience while navigating the complexities of catastrophe relief efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and document reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately.
- Identify and resolve customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions.

Computer and Network Requirements:
* Operating System: reputed company 10, reputed company 11, or reputed company Home.
- Not Supported: Chromebooks, macOS, Linux, etc.
- Network Requirements:
+ Upon hire, must run a Speedtest from the computer the individual will be working from (www.speedtest.net). + Ethernet reputed company is not required, but strongly recommended. + Must be on a private network, not allowed to work in public locations. + No VPNs are allowed, as logins must happen in the US.

Qualifications:

Benefits and Compensation:

- Expected Hours: 2 – 40 hours per week
- Pay: $15 per hour
