Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Specialist to join reputed company on a part-time reputed company (20-25 hours a week). As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers reputed company phone, email, or chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, helping to establish our reputed company as a company that offers excellent pool service. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, reputed company phone, email, or chat
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers determine the best solution for their pool service needs
  • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
  • Updating our internal CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers

Requirements
