Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company in Cincinnati, OH. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately entering and updating product information into our warehouse management system (WMS), collaborating with warehouse staff to ensure timely production and labeling of goods, and troubleshooting minor printing errors or issues with labeling machines. Key Responsibilities
* Enter and update product information into the WMS with precision, ensuring accuracy and consistency with inventory records
- Review and verify data before printing to ensure accuracy and consistency with inventory records
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely production and labeling of goods
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor printing errors or issues with labeling machines
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations
- Track label printing inventory and notify management reputed company supplies are low
Essential Qualifications
* Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a warehouse setting
- Proficiency with computers and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to operate label printing machines and other warehouse equipment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be reputed company to stand for extended periods
