The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the lifespan of their projects. You'll be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to customer requests, and providing information on our products and services. Responsibilities

Requirements

* High school graduate or equivalent

• Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment

• Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (wpm)
