Job Summary

The Non-Clinical Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for processing, updating, and maintaining electronic and physical medical documentation in accordance with Army, DoD, HIPAA, and cybersecurity regulations. This critical role requires a high level of attention to detail, data accuracy, and reputed company. The successful candidate will be reputed company to work independently and as part of reputed company to ensure the timely and accurate completion of medical readiness reports and other documentation.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

* Enter and update medical documentation in arenaflex databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with DoD and Army medical readiness documentation standards.

• Assist in preparing and formatting medical readiness reports, including data analysis and visualization.
• Collaborate with the Non-Clinical Case Management Team to ensure seamless data entry and documentation processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive medical data securely, adhering to HIPAA and cybersecurity regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

* Proficiency in DoD medical systems, including MEDPROS, MODS, MEDCHART, and PRT.

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, with a focus on quality and precision.
• Ability to handle sensitive medical data securely, adhering to HIPAA and cybersecurity regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data entry and documentation issues.

Education and Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., reputed company administration, data management) preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry and documentation, preferably in a reputed company or military setting.

Work Environment

* Primary work location: Raper Armory, Cheyenne, WY.

• Hybrid work environment: Limited telework may be approved.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

* Part-time, 20 hours per week, with potential weekend support as required.
