As a Junior Customer Support Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work with this esteemed client and reputed company technical support to their members, helping them get the most out of their membership experience.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Customer Support Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering reputed company required information from customers to start an issue investigation
  • Investigating, reproducing, and documenting customer issues
  • Providing steps/solutions on how to fix the issues
  • Coordinating communication between IT teams and customers
