As a Customer Care Associate – Group Orders at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of support for our Group Order clientele. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Associate – Group Orders at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working directly with our restaurant partners to resolve reputed company-time order-reputed company issues
  • Responding to customer emails and phone calls in a fast-paced, time-critical manner
  • Ensuring that Group Order operations, procedures, and systems are adhered to
  • Constructively handling or supervising order escalations and customer complaints
  • Working with management and leadership to reputed company and improve methods and strategies to support rapid team and platform growth
  • Being a resource to both our prestigious clients and to our valued restaurant partners, regarding reputed company aspects of daily Group Order operations
