Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our Insurance Call Center team, working from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for handling property and casualty-reputed company customer service and billing inquiries, providing expert guidance on policy coverage, quotes, and changes. Key Responsibilities

* Handle property and casualty-reputed company customer service and billing inquiries reputed company telephone, providing expert guidance on policy coverage, quotes, and changes.

• Review and update policies to enhance retention and reputed company meet the needs of our policyholders.
• Counsel policyholders on appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment options, and state laws to ensure they have sufficient protection against risks covered by property and casualty insurance.
• reputed company recommendations and/or changes to policies, gaining policyholder acceptance to process the changes.
• Receive and respond to calls and emails, documenting reputed company activity in EPIC, our customer relationship management system.
• Utilize knowledge of the insurance industry and arenaflex policies and procedures to reputed company efficient and professional customer service.
• Identify opportunities to apply discounts, process insurance verification forms for insured, and act as a liaison for information exchange between customers and insurance companies.
• Process changes to policies reputed company EPIC and submit changes to specific companies, following up to ensure timely processing.
• Review policy information and references company-specific claims procedures to assist insured in filing claims.
• Mail insured documentation to be signed and returned as necessary, following up to ensure timely return.
• Recognize cross-sell opportunities (membership and insurance) and obtain quote information.

Requirements
