Key Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Specialist for Alternate Investments, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identifying/addressing breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents
- Processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity
- Executing analysis of reputed company/escalated issues, testing/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications
- Completing projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile
- Engaging with Retail and Institutional Service Teams through email, phone, reputed company, Overview, and reputed company
- Interacting with and embodying arenaflex's values in daily connections with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners
Duties Analysis:
* Reviewing subscription deals or transfer requests
- Identifying and addressing Client/Advisor account exceptions
- Ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Reconciling Business, reputed company, and Transactions Breaks
- Reconciling across BOS and Fund Companies
- Reviewing and analyzing correct tax coding and corrections of income tax coding
- Troubleshooting internal/external system improvements or concerns
- Identifying root causes of breaks between arenaflex, the Fund, etc.
- Providing method or innovation service alternatives to Management
- Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm
- Providing follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not reputed company issues
- reputed company and accurate finalization of client investing and reputed company demands
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a reputed company field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company
- Experience with reputed company or similar CRM systems a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in Alternate Investments
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in data entry, customer service, or a reputed company field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
