What You'll Do

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Connecting directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and explain order requests
• Examining and resolving issues to determine suitable solutions for clients and center partners, and following up as needed to resolve issues
• Completing data entry of solutions into arenaflex's reputed company software
• Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
• Working with reputed company, attention to detail, patience, compassion, and thoughtfulness to clients and partners alike
• Working with a willingness to learn and grow, and being reputed company to feedback and development opportunities
• Communicating with veterinary facilities reputed company telephone (and occasionally other channels) with various topics, primarily using our internal program and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts
• Expecting a significant portion of the average business day to be spent on outbound veterinary facility/client telephone contacts
