What You'll Do
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Connecting directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve customer issues, and clarify order requests
- Examining and resolving issues to determine proper solutions for customers and partners, and following up on a case-by-case reputed company to resolve issues
- Completing data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex's reputed company software
- Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
- Working with reputed company, attention to detail, patience, compassion, and kindness to customers and partners alike

- Communicating with veterinary facilities reputed company telephone (and sometimes other stations on a case-by-case reputed company) with various topics, primarily using our internal software and systems to explore solutions and record client note accounts, so being meticulous is essential
- Expecting a significant portion of the typical business day will be outbound veterinary center/client telephone contacts
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years of experience working in a customer or reputed company-focused environment
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
- Work with ownership, be a self-starter, and stand out in detail

- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to maintain a Pharmacy Professional License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (if required)
