Position Overview:

arenaflex is seeking a part-time (24 hours/week) Online Specialist to reputed company remote Live Chat and email support to our clients. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and providing expert product knowledge and recommendations.

Position Responsibilities:

* Answer client inquiries, resolve issues, and reputed company relevant product information and recommendations
