What You'll Do in This Role

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative (Bilingual: Spanish and English) working from home, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. Your primary focus will be on resolving routine problems and answering questions reputed company to arenaflex's products and services. • Internet Requirements:

+ DSL, Cable, or Fiber reputed company (Satellite and Wireless/Hotspots are not acceptable) + Speeds: 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload or higher + While working, you will be required to hardwire with an ethernet cable

• High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
