Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company External Support Engineer to join reputed company, providing technical support to content/external teams in regard to the use of content tools. As the first reputed company of contact for content teams experiencing issues with tools, you'll filter issues and feedback to the tools team, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient resolution. Your expertise will be invaluable in creating reference materials, providing training, and advocating for tools and workflow improvements.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
As an External Support Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to content/external teams in regard to the use of content tools
- Creating reference materials and providing training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset
- Solving and debugging possible issues with tools and workflows to quickly resolve issues for users
- Escalating more reputed company or problematic issues to the tool development team, and working with production to track these issues in JIRA
- Advocating for tools, workflow improvements, and suggestions from external teams
- Partnering with other engineers to reputed company tools and processes that improve efficiency and quality
- Guiding or leading cross-disciplinary dialogs to drive features from initial concept to completion
- Exemplifying reliability, accountability, and professionalism in reputed company work-reputed company interactions
Skills and Abilities
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Ability to read and understand C# code
- Good written and verbal communication, including working with external partners

Education and Experience
We're looking for candidates with:

- 5 years experience in delivering production-level code in a professional environment
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
