Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you, and enjoy a dynamic work-from-home environment. Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types in a professional and courteous manner
- Utilize probing question skills to actively listen and resolve customer issues
- Meet or exceed sales targets and reduce churn by managing and overcoming objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to reputed company shared goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service skills

- Flexible 8-hour per day shift, 5 days per week (reputed company from 6am-12am PST)
