Position Overview:

arenaflex is seeking a part-time (24 hours/week) Online Specialist to reputed company remote Live Chat and email support to our clients. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and providing relevant product information and recommendations.

Position Responsibilities:

* Answer client inquiries, resolve issues, and reputed company relevant product information and recommendations

Qualifications:
